11.4.16 Jeff is a Certified Flight Instrument Instructor

Congratulations to Jeff MacKenzie!!  On Friday, Jeff passed his oral exam and helicopter flight exam for his Certified Flight Instrument Instructor Rating!!  Now Jeff can officially teach future pilots how to obtain their Instrument Rating.  Sending thanks to his Flight Instructor, Scott, for leading Jeff to nothing but success.
