Official Statement from Platinum Helicopters LLC

OFFICIAL STATEMENT: April 20, 2018 at approximately 0900 one of our Platinum Helicopters LLC Robinson R44 Helicopters performed an emergency landing on a routine flight. We are pleased to state that no one was injured, no property damage occurred and there was no physical damage to the helicopter. This incident is currently being further investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Platinum Helicopters.

We can’t stress enough how proactive training becomes a vital part in the outcome of each and every situation a pilot may encounter. Never become complacent and never stop training. We couldn’t be more proud of how our team handled themselves on this day.
