Congratulations to Steve Welter on passing his Instrument Check ride last week!! Great Job!! As you can see from these photos, it’s okay to capture the excitement of a big accomplishment with some funny photos!! Also, nice work to his Helicopter Flight Instructor Scott for aiding his success.
